1) Why am I unable to access the "specifications" for the parts and accessories?

The specifications are in .pdf format. If you cannot view them, go to: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html and download the "Adobe Reader" software to view .pdf files.

2) What is your payment policy for parts and accessories?

Our payment policy is 50% of the total balance (including s&h) due as deposit prior to the order being entered and remaining 50% due before shipment of order from warehouse to final destination.

3) What is your payment policy for Narrow or Standard Gauge Steam Locomotives?

Payment options will be agreed upon by both the buyer and the seller in a formal legal binding contract.

5) Why don't you list all your parts and accessories?

We hundreds of thousands of parts and accessories for standard and narrow gauge steam locomotives. It is impossible to list all the parts we have available.
